Who maintains these guides
BuyerClear maintains this website, the merchant guides and the product documentation. The guides describe our own application workflow. They are not independent reviews of the product, a licensing authority’s advice or a certification of legal compliance.
For a compatibility review, contact sales@buyerclear.com. For product questions or a correction to a guide, use support. Please identify the page and the claim that needs attention; do not email buyer documents or private application links.
How evidence is compared
- The buyer supplies credential details, including the exact class and authority for professional licenses.
- BuyerClear requests evidence from a configured official source or shows the need for a manual check.
- When a supporting document is supplied, its reading is kept separate from the entered and registry values. Extraction can be wrong.
- Staff compare the evidence and make an explicit decision. A matching record does not establish the applicant’s identity.
- After approval, the app confirms the intended access changes with Shopify before marking access active.
How we maintain product claims
Coverage is generated from the Registry’s class-and-authority metadata. The directory distinguishes configured sources from live availability and shows the catalog’s audit date. Prices and brand assets are synchronized from the application. Editorial review dates change when the guidance is substantively reviewed, not on every deployment.
Platform-specific instructions link to Shopify’s own documentation. Confirm those instructions against your shop’s current interface and plan. BuyerClear is in a pre-release pilot; these pages describe the latest test version and do not establish successful acceptance in your live store.
How the product example was made
The review screenshot was captured from the BuyerClear application running locally with a fictional buyer, a sample credential and simulated registry and document results. It shows the actual review interface, not a customer’s application or an official lookup. No real buyer document, live store or outbound email was used. A matching sample result demonstrates the comparison layout; it does not prove real-world accuracy.
